The City of Saskatoon is looking for an experienced operator/developer to lease the subject site on a long-term basis and to construct a signature building to house a distinctive restaurant as the main tenant. In addition to making a striking architectural statement, the design and construction of the building must integrate and link with River Landing themes and features as well as future developments adjacent to the site. The proposal must emphasize design and development standards for high-quality, attractive, and creative facilities that promote a strong sense of place and reflect the unique culture and character of River Landing. The restaurant must provide high-quality food, beverage, and customer service through a range of concepts that may include local and regional flavours and/or national brands with broad customer appeal. The design and atmosphere must leave a lasting impression on guests.
