 The subject site is located on the east side of the River Landing Phase I area, south of 19th Street between 2nd Avenue and 3rd Avenue. The Concept Plan calls for the site to be mixed use, comprising of retail, restaurants, a public gathering place and possibly a hotel and residential opportunities. The City sees this site as being key in the River Landing area and a premier development opportunity. The mix of proposed uses is considered very important to ensure that River Landing will become a major destination for both residents and visitors.
