Reports

The redevelopment of Saskatoon’s downtown riverfront has been in the "planning" stages for nearly thirty years. When stacked, the reports and studies conducted are nearly three feet thick. The current framework for the River Landing redevelopment project comes from the South Downtown Concept Plan, which was adopted by City Council on June 21, 2004 and by the Meewasin Valley Authority on October 1, 2004. The following is a short list of the studies, planning guidelines, and reports conducted on the area so far.
